How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

* Processing takes up to 1-3 business days not including the day you ordered.

* Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order has been shipped. 

 Can I Make Changes to my Order?

* Because we strive on processing and shipping out items as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered or cancelled once payment has been completed. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us.

Can I Get Samples?

* At the moment we do not have any samples available.

Do You Offer Refunds or Exchanges? 

* All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges.

* Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control over the items, please contact Canada Post, or USPS for further details once you receive the tracking number.
